RETURN POLICY

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date for refund, or store credit. All return items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

Before returning an item, please send us an email at info@theqmari.com with your order number and details of the products that need to be returned. We will provide you with a shipping label for your return. Please use that to mail your return for free.

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

 

EXCEPTIONS

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Currently we don't provide international delivery. We are working on it and it will be available soon in our online shop.

 

How do I return an item?

How do I track my order?

 

As soon as we receive your order, a confirmation email will be sent out. Once the order is ready to be shipped, a tracking number will be emailed.

A tracking number will be provided upon purchasing any item and you will have the option to contact the courier using the tracking number.

 

What are your delivery options?
